Lytcore Terms of Service

Welcome to Lytcore. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Lytcore's platform, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Lytcore.

1. Definitions

"Lytcore," "we," "our," or "us" refers to the owner(s) and operators of the Lytcore platform.

"User," "you," or "your" refers to any individual or organization accessing or using the Service.

"Content" means any data, text, images, drawings, models, or other materials uploaded, created, or shared using the Service.

"Account" means a registered profile used to access the Service.

"Subscription" refers to a paid or free plan that provides access to certain features of the Service.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account or otherwise using Lytcore, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional policies referenced herein (such as our Privacy Policy). We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after such updates means you accept the new version.

3. Use of Service & User Responsibilities

You agree to use Lytcore only in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms. You must not:

• Use the Service for malicious, abusive, or unlawful purposes.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or networks.
• Disrupt or interfere with the normal operation of the Service.

Accounts found engaging in prohibited behavior may be suspended or terminated immediately.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the Content you create or upload through Lytcore. By using the Service, you grant Lytcore a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and process your Content solely to operate and improve the Service.

Our Property: All software, designs, documentation, and branding related to Lytcore remain the exclusive property of Lytcore and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written consent.

5. Billing & Payment Terms

• Billing is based on the highest subscription tier held during any part of a billing month.
• Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply on the next billing cycle.
• Usage-based AI quotas and limits apply per plan tier.
• All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.

6. Liability Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lytcore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or access. Total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Lytcore in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.

7. Termination & Data Retention

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, nonpayment, or to protect platform integrity. Upon termination, access to your account and Content may be permanently removed. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

8. Privacy & Data Use

Use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using Lytcore, you consent to the collection and processing of data as described in that policy.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
